<h2>Cancel the Unlimited plan</h2>
<div class="box-warning">Only team admins can cancel the Unlimited plan, or make any other changes to billing.</div>
<p>If you’re looking to cancel your Unlimited plan, you can do so in your Twist account settings. Here’s how:</p>
<ol>
<li aria-level="1">Log in to your Twist account in a browser.</li>
<li aria-level="1">Open the main menu by clicking your <strong>Twist team name</strong> in the top-left corner of Twist.</li>
<li aria-level="1">In the drop-down menu, select <strong>Settings &amp; Members</strong>.</li>
<li aria-level="1">Click <strong>Billing</strong>.</li>
<li aria-level="1">Select <strong>View billing details</strong>.</li>
<li aria-level="1">Click <strong>Switch to the Free plan</strong>.</li>
<li aria-level="1">A pop-up window will open, where you can provide a reason for downgrading your account.</li>
<li aria-level="1">Click <strong>Confirm this change</strong>.</li>

<p>If you want to continue using the Unlimited plan, but would like to stop auto-renewal for your next billing cycle, please follow these steps:</p>

<li aria-level="1">Open the main menu by clicking your <strong>Twist team name</strong> in the top-left corner of Twist.</li>
<li aria-level="1">In the drop-down menu, select <strong>Settings &amp; Members</strong>.</li>
<li aria-level="1">Click <strong>Billing</strong>.</li>
<li aria-level="1">Select <strong>View billing details</strong>.</li>
<li aria-level="1">Click <strong>Payment methods</strong>.</li>
<li aria-level="1">Hover over your card details.</li>
<li aria-level="1">Click <strong>Delete</strong>.</li>
<li aria-level="1">Click <strong>OK </strong>to confirm.</li>
