Upload a file from your device
- Click the paperclip icon in the bottom left of your comment or to the right of your message.
- Click Upload from computer.
- Select the files you want to share.
- The selected files will be uploaded and attached to your comment or message.

Copy and share the link to a file added to Twist:
- Hover over the file.
- Click the three dots icon.
- Select Copy link.
- Share this link with any of your team members in a thread or a message.
Download a file added to Twist
Download any file you and your team have added to Twist and store it on your device:
- Hover over the file.
- Click the download icon.

Is there a file size limit for attachments?
Yes. There is a 100MB file size limit for attachments and a 10MB file size attachment limit when forwarding emails to Twist.
Is there a file storage limit?
When using the Free plan of Twist, the storage limit is 5GB. If your team is using the Twist Unlimited plan, you’ll have unlimited file storage.
